WebSphere:-WebSphere is a set of Java-based tools from IBM that allows customers to create and manage  vital business Web sites. The central WebSphere tool is the WebSphere Application Server (WAS), an application server that a customer can use to connect Web site users with Java applications or servlets.

Hybrid Cloud:-Hybrid Cloud is a mixture of public and private cloud. Non-critical activities are performed using public cloud while the critical activities are performed using private cloud. Organizations recognize that the cloud can deliver a range of important benefits, from increased flexibility and scalability to a shift in the cost model from capital expenditures to operating expenses.

ILOG/ODM:-ODM stands for Operational Decision Manager, which is a collection of component solutions by IBM related to business rules and complex event processing.
